Coffee anyone?

Good thing I wasn’t carrying coffee when we captured the photos above! Between these shots, I tripped and luckily caught myself as I was crossing the street. I have a special skill for tripping, it happens to me a lot. Reminder to self – pick up feet when walking! Anyway, back to coffee…..it is an essential part of my morning, not only does it give me a pep but it is also majorly about the experience for me. The mug, the warm wake-up to the day, and taking a few minutes just for myself as I savor the goodness preparing myself for all the day has to offer. When I first saw this Chaser brand T-shirt for sale at a store last year, I fell in love. Well, apparently I wasn’t the only one who felt that way as when I returned to purchase the shirt, my size was hopping and bopping around Charlotte on another fellow coffee lover. It wasn’t meant to be, or was it……

The shirt magically appeared on my Instagram feed (creepy phone listening to me or fate, I’ll leave that up to you) and I was quick to purchase as soon as possible so I didn’t miss this gem again! The shirt is very soft and is designed with a slightly more relaxed fit. I am wearing size small.

Accessory to Anything!

While the coffee t-shirt is a staple in my wardrobe, I am also rarely without a crossbody bag these days. As you probably know by now, I have two small children and so I like to have both of my hands free at all times, plus we’ve moved out of the diaper bag phase and I no longer carry the world in my bag or in a stroller which had a lot of advantages for preparedness. I found this beauty at Vera Bradley. Unfortunately, it no longer seems to be for sale by the brand but I have linked to a few others that you might enjoy instead!

Stitch-fix to the rescue!

In addition to my go to crossbody, I received the Street Level brand bag below from a Stitch Fix shipment a few years ago and I use it on the regular. It works as a crossbody, but the chain also folds up inside the bag to transform it into a clutch. Yes!!! I am a sucker for a versatile piece. The chain does not adjust but it works for my frame. I find that because I have the more casual crossbody from Vera Bradley, I use this Street Level piece more often as a casual clutch instead.

Looking for an item that is no longer available? Often you can dig up gems on eBay, Poshmark, and various other sites from seasons past.

What is your go to t-shirt or handbag? I would love to hear all about it in the comments below!
