About

Laura Young is a personal stylist, color analyst, and fashion consultant. She believes that style comes from the inside and each person has their own style-story to tell. What we choose to wear from a style or color perspective represents who we are and becomes visual storytelling to the world around us and to ourselves.

She is passionate about helping women determine their body shape, style personality, and best color combinations to create a wardrobe that helps them look and feel confident and empowered every single day. Style is for everyone and every budget. There is no such thing as one size fits all. That is part of what makes each person’s style exceptional.

Laura has trained with the London College of Style in personal styling, color analysis, and fashion sustainability and she has appeared in fashion segments on CN2 Today. Her television segments have included topics such as How to Look Chic in the Heat, What’s New in Fashion for 2021, and Spring Fashion.

Where do we go from here?

If you have a lot of clothes hanging in your closet that you either don’t wear or still have tags on them, set them aside, try them on and then ask yourself why you have not worn them. Is it because the items were on sale but they don’t fit perfectly, or you don’t know what to wear with it, or everyone else is wearing one and loves it because this is what you are supposed to wear but it still collects dust in your closet for….some day?

Some clients have insisted they don’t have a style-story, that fashion is for a specific type of person, or body type, or they think there is only one way to be considered stylish. Laura helps clients break through those beliefs, understand body type, color story, and unique style. She helps uncover, define, and curate style. Your style-story is within you, waiting to be told.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching a newly empowered client light up and start to sparkle from within after they try on clothes and outfits meant to compliment their body shape, style personality, and skin tone. The best style is the one that gives you that extra spring in your step, not what you think you should be wearing, but what makes you feel the best on the inside and Laura is right there with you every step of the way, leading and supporting you.

Before shifting gears into her lifelong passion for style, she has two decades of corporate consulting experience in finance, accounting, and global tax and mobility. Laura has served a wide variety of industries and clients and she uses that range of consultative expertise and focus on client service to help you tap into your ideal style, whether that is personal or professional.

She combines a unique blend of creative and analytical perspectives to help you discover your individual style with a careful eye for detail and a supportive listening ear. Laura is your trusted advisor for all things style and color, let’s begin your journey together because your style is your story.
